Technical Assistance to the Department of Transportation (DOTr) on Information Systems Assessment
The Philippines-Australia Public Financial Management Program (PFMP) has been supporting PFM reforms since 2011. During that time, PFMP has assisted the Government with the design and implementation of some key budget reforms. PFMP is now in a one-year extension phase, which will take the Program through to June 2017. During this period, PFMP will continue to support the Government’s PFM reforms, but at the same time, will increase its focus on the transport infrastructure sector.
Coffey International Development Pty Ltd (Coffey), the Managing Contractor of the PFMP, is seeking proposals from qualified companies or organisations to implement the project “Technical Assistance to the Department of Transportation (DOTr) on Information Systems Assessment".
This activity aims to help the DOTr to have a complete, up-to-date inventory of its systems, and those of its key partnering agencies/operating units.

The successful tenderer will be required to mobilise in-country in January/February 2017.
The project duration is four (4) weeks.
Proposals must be received on or prior to 7 December 2016, Wednesday, no later than 5:00PM Manila time.
